Steven Charles Quance is a small independent family run business, established 12 years this year. Its young owners Steven and Michelle Quance pride themselves on providing an enthusiastic service that is very personal, discrete and passionate. Steven's background as a jeweler both making/altering and repairs of 23 years stands him in good stead to take on any aspects of your jewellery needs. Based in Touchwood the business promotes very competitive prices, giving great savings to existing and prospective customers. We also pride ourselves on making long term relationships with its customers. All the fully trained staff have been with the company for a number of years and help many clients commemorate different special occasions, with quality pieces of jewellery significant to that special moment in their lives.

First and fore most each customer is taken on their personal needs and merits not just classed as a number on a sales sheet.

ALL jewellery purchases are very personal and this is realized at Steven Charles Quance.

Our after sales service is second to none; jewellery worn everyday is sometimes in need of alteration, repair of just cleaning all done in our own workshop.

As a working jeweler this also cuts the cost dramatically to the consumer BUT not at any point are standards lowered.

We can take your idea, for that very special gift, marking that very special occasion , turning the idea into a bespoke piece of jewellery. From starting with a wax model/loose stones you can get involved and have an opinion on its coming together up to its finish. Smartly packaged and wrapped where required add the small but important finishing touches to hopefully one of many experiences at Stone Jewellers.

Personal:

I am married to Michelle, have four children, two stepsons, Joshua, Lewis then Henry and our newest arrival Brooke.

We also have a pet bulldog called Bella and a goldfish (name changes every week due to Henrys indecision)

I’m keen on all sports, however due to injury I now only play golf and ember at Great Barr club, I love family life and socializing.

Burning desires:

I would like to be in a position at some point in the future to step back from business leaving more time for family and golf, I would like to meet and spend time with both Richard Branson and David Beckham, I would love to see England win the world cup ( the rugby was good, football would be a dream) and to carry on being successful in business which allows me and my store to help local charities(children, Macmillan cancer trust, CF trust and Armed Forces)

BNI has opened my eyes, in more ways than one, I don’t mind early mornings as before and now realize the power of networking; Sunrise is a dynamic group with fellow business owners (decision makers) all pulling in the same direction for everyone in the group.
